What we sell / 销售内容：Digital downloads of instrumental audio recordings and long-form continuous audio programmes. No physical goods. No services.
You are buying a licence to use the audio files described on the product page — not the copyright itself. Copyright in all recordings remains with the seller.
Every purchase is a digital download delivered by email link after payment clears. Nothing is shipped. Demo streams on this site are excerpts; the purchased files are the full-length masters.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the merchant of record and contractual reseller. Creem calculates, collects and remits any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies to your purchase, and appears on your card statement as the seller of record. We never see or store your card details.
After payment clears you receive an email with a download link. If the link fails or the email does not arrive, write to ksky123@163.com and we will send the files manually.
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, purchases are final once the download link has been issued. This is the standard position for digital content, and by completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.
Exceptions we honour without argument: you were charged twice; the files are corrupt or will not play; the download link never worked. In those cases write to us and we will refund in full. Where EU or UK consumer law grants a withdrawal right that cannot be waived, Creem will handle the request under its own policy.
How they are made. Generative audio tools were used to produce raw material. Selection, editing, level work across individual phrases, assembly of the long-form programmes, and final mastering were done by hand. Every track is registered with the Copyright Protection Center of China.
AI disclosure. AI involvement is disclosed on every platform where these recordings appear, in line with applicable labelling rules. We state it here as well so that no buyer is surprised.
No health claims. These are environmental recordings — instrumental sound intended to be left playing in a room. We make no medical, therapeutic or psychological claim of any kind, and nothing on this site should be read as one. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional.
No outcome promises. We do not promise that listening will improve sleep, focus, mood, or anything else. What the sound does for you is yours to judge.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy and, where required, under data processing agreements.
This site sets one local storage key, used only to remember whether you have seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every visit. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
You may ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to ksky123@163.com and we will respond within 30 days. Where a legal obligation requires us to keep an order record (tax and accounting rules), deletion may be limited to the personal details while the transaction record is retained.
The recordings are provided as delivered. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
These terms may be updated. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
